How long does production and shipping take?
Most custom magnets ship within a few business days after you order. Transit time depends on your address. You will receive tracking when your package leaves our studio.
Can guests upload photos at my event?
Yes. Book a virtual event to receive a QR poster. Guests scan, upload a photo, customize a magnet, and complete checkout. You can track scans and orders in your partner dashboard.
Do I need to upload a full song?
You can search millions of songs for a preview, then upload your own MP3 for the finished magnet. We also support optional video uploads with a printed QR code on the magnet.
What is your return policy?
Because each magnet is custom-made, we review issues case by case. Contact us with your order number and photos if something arrives damaged or incorrect.
